About Work Personality
Work style and team role tests look at your default position in an organisation. DISC splits behaviour into dominance, influence, steadiness and conscientiousness; PDP maps the same ground onto tiger, peacock, koala and owl; Belbin talks about the roles a team needs. All of them agree on one thing: no role is best, only better or worse fits.
There are several DISC and PDP versions, plus decision style, leadership style, team roles and manager traits. Answer for work, not for who you are at home. The same person can be unrecognisable between the two, and these tests are about the first.
