About Stress & Burnout
Stress and burnout are two different things. Stress is a short-term load and eases when the project ends. Burnout is the flatness after long depletion. A weekend does not fix it, and it often brings the thought that nothing you do matters. The two need different responses, and treating them the same rarely works.
There are five-level stress measures, adversity response, burnout level, emotional labour, and overtime and recovery. If your score sits high, check sleep and body signals first, then the job itself. Some people do not need to regulate their mindset harder; they need an environment that costs less.
