Mental Health Crisis Warning | Hear the Cry for Help from Within
1. What Is a Mental Health Crisis?
A psychological crisis is not a disease, but a breakdown of the original coping mechanisms when an individual faces major stress, setbacks, or long-term psychological depletion, causing the state of balance to be disrupted. It is like an 'overload' alarm, reminding us that the psychological system is already overwhelmed.
A crisis is often hidden, and may show up as sudden insomnia, persistent numbness, or a total denial of the future.
2. Why Conduct a Crisis Scan?
Because of the existence of psychological defense mechanisms, we sometimes unconsciously cover up our pain. This test aims to detect those ignored 'cries for help' through indirect, non-obvious dimensions.
- Identify deep sources of stress and feelings of psychological exhaustion
- Assess the effectiveness of your current psychological defense system
- Provide professional, timely intervention and self-regulation suggestions
- Build the 'first line of defense' for psychological safety
3. The Four Risk Scan Dimensions
This test contains 15 questions in total and assesses your risk level from the following dimensions:
- Body and Biological Rhythm: Responses in sleep, diet, and unexplained physical pain.
- Cognition and Sense of Meaning: Judgment of self-worth and perception of certainty about the future.
- Emotion and Willpower Energy: Drive for daily activities and flexibility in emotional regulation.
- Social Support and Connection: The ability and willingness to seek resources outward when in difficulty.
