A Good-Looking Face or an Interesting Soul: Your Attraction Code
1. Attraction: More Than Looks, and More Than Humor
Have you ever wondered why some people make an impression at first glance, while others become more charming over time? Attraction is never a contest along a single dimension. Appearance provides a 'fast track,' while inner traits determine 'lasting resonance.' This assessment does not judge better or worse; it helps you discover -which end of the attraction spectrum you lean toward.
2. Facial Charm vs. Soul Appeal: The Dual-Core Model
We built the assessment framework on the 'dual attraction theory' from social psychology. Neither kind of attraction is inherently superior, but everyone relies on different attraction capital in different settings and relationship stages.
- Facial Attraction: involves appearance, bearing, first impressions, and aesthetic preference. It determines 'whether someone wants to get to know you.'
- Soul Attraction: involves humor, empathy, values, and cognitive resonance. It determines 'whether someone wants to stay together for the long term.'
3. Test Structure: Four Hidden Attraction Clues
You will not be asked directly 'do you care about looks'; instead, specific situations reflect your attraction tendencies. There are 16 questions covering four dimensions:
- First-Impression Intuition: What do you subconsciously notice about others? This mirrors the signals you yourself most habitually send out.
- Social Energy Mode: Are you the 'atmosphere igniter' or the 'detail observer'? This points to whether your soul or your face is at work.
- Long-Term Relationship Weight: When the novelty fades, what do you care about more? This reveals where your deeper attraction lands.
- Self-Presentation Preference: How do you want to be remembered? This directly reflects your attraction code.
4. Your Attraction Type: Six Distinct Spectrums
Based on the difference and combination of your face and soul scores, you will receive one of the following six types. Each type has unique strengths and growth tips.
- Stunning at First Sight - Facial attraction is significantly higher; you are good at opening up situations with outward presence.
- Charm That Grows Over Time - Soul attraction is significantly higher; time is your ally.
- Dual-Core Navigator - Both are high; you can break the ice quickly and connect deeply.
- Balanced Explorer - Both are balanced and moderate; your potential is great and waiting to be activated.
- Reserved and Deep-Diving - Both are on the low side but balanced; you need to become aware of how you express yourself.
- Contradictory Magnet - The face and soul scores differ enormously; one pole is over-compensating.
5. Scoring Logic
Each question's options correspond to 1-5 points, counted toward the 'Facial Attraction (F)' or 'Soul Attraction (S)' dimension. Some questions measure only one dimension, while others are weighted across both. Your type is determined by the ratio and absolute values of the total F score and total S score.
