Based on Cattell's Trait Theory | Situational Personality Assessment

I. Theoretical Background

This assessment is based on the hierarchical trait theory proposed by American psychologist Raymond Cattell. Through factor analysis, Cattell distilled 16 independent source traits from a vast array of personality-descriptive terms, forming the core framework of personality.

This test employs the situational case method, embedding each personality dimension into concrete everyday scenarios. You simply choose your most natural response in each situation, which effectively reduces social desirability bias and more authentically reflects your personality tendencies.
